The full form of BAMS is Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery. The Bachelor of Ayurvedic and Integrative Medicine (BAMS) curriculum requires five and a half years of study to complete. This program requires a full year of internship after the 4.5 years of classroom instruction.
